-Current BLS, ACLS, & NIHHS Required
-Epic Experience
Trauma Level I Experience
-Floating required – MS/Tele
-2 clinical references reflecting ICU experience, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
-Separation Period: 6 Months
