Cases: Open Heart ICU — cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, and general surgery patients 18+; includes CABG, TAVR, ECMO, IABP, LVAD, Impella, Swan, thoracotomy, pulmonary hypertension, pericardial window, and more 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; AHA or ARC only 4. License: RN License required; no license hits accepted — hard stop; PA license required for pharmacists/pharmacy techs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/heavily preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend (EOW) for duration of contract; no call required; patient ratio 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; may float to all ICU floors and med surg floors if overstaffed; scheduling type listed as Other; 8 orientation hours 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; holidays as needed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at $5 less than posted BR 11.
