Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW, no call
Length: 21 weeks

Requirements:

• WA license
• 2 years of experience
• Experience with chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, and monitoring femoral arterial sheaths
• BLS
• ACLS
• Art line experience preferred
• Impella and/or IABP experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: Epic
• Floats to ICU level or below throughout the hospital
• Does not accept first-time travelers (must have completed at least 1 travel assignment)
• Unit regularly sees both ICU and Tele patients
• Patient population: CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, blood product administration, BiPAP, CVA overflow, post-cath (TR bands and femoral approach), and some vascular/abdominal/GI surgical patients; common drips include diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, and heparin
• Scrub color: any professional color
• 226-bed non-profit community hospital with 11 ICU beds
