- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years of critical care experience required 2. Cases: Vent-dependent patients, IV drips, IV sedation, recoveries after hours; Critical Care and Progressive Care unit; No ECMO or trauma ERRT 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; copies must be attached at submission or will be rejected 4. License: RN IN licensure required; must be attached at submission or will be rejected; current driver's license required and must be included on submission with permanent home address matching ID 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 7P to 7A; every 3rd weekend; no on-call requirements; floating required to MS Telemetry at 6:1 ratio; block scheduling not an option 8.
