Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent CVICU experience required; must have 2 years of experience in the field of specialty 2. Cases: Cardiac, thoracic, vascular and other surgical conditions requiring critical care; post-operative recovery with complex invasive hemodynamic monitoring 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA NIH, or Red Cross required; AHA PALS preferred if working in pediatric unit 4. License: Registered Nurse State of Alabama or compact license; NURSYS required; no temporary licenses accepted 5. Education: Associate degree in nursing required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week; holidays as required; every other weekend; guaranteed 36 hours; must be willing to float to other units and hospitals 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
