Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Several years of ICU experience required; must be well versed in clinical judgment, caring practices, collaboration, diversity responsiveness, systems thinking, clinical inquiry, and advocacy 2. Cases: DKA, s/p STEMIs, Stroke (s/p TNK), Intubated/vented, ARDS, MODS, CHF exacerbation, COPD exacerbation, GI bleeds, Renal failure (CRRT/SLED), Liver failure, IABP, Impellas 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA only); ACLS required (AHA only) 4. License: RN License in state of TX or compact required 5. Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Pyxis use required; Excel for scheduling required 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 7PM-7AM 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
