- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years or more ICU experience required 2. Cases: Post CABG, Post VAD, Post Cath with various cardiac support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO); CVICU devices required; hemodynamic monitoring (swans, art lines); ventilator management 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required; IABP exposure and CRRT exposure preferred 4. License: Active TX RN License required; no temp license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech (charting/order entry preferred) 7. Shifts/Call: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A; rotating weekends; no call requirements; 36 guaranteed hours; all travelers required to float per Methodist Floating Policy 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
