Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years or more ICU experience required 2. Cases: Post CABG, Post VAD, Post Cath with various cardiac support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO); candidates will be trained on CVICU devices to support CV cases 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required; IABP exposure and CRRT exposure preferred 4. License: Active TX RN License required; no temp license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech charting/order entry preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A; rotating weekends; no call requirements; guaranteed 36 hours; badging in and out required with full 30-minute lunch; clock-in time 6:38 AM/PM (after 6:45 considered tardy); all travelers required to float per Methodist Floating Policy 8.
