Cases: Neuro ICU cases required; strong Neuro skills required; diagnoses include ischemic/hemorrhagic CVA, ICH, SAH, TBI, cerebral aneurysm, cerebral AVM, IPH, brain tumor, hydrocephalus, cerebral edema, SDH, status epilepticus, encephalopathy 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm per standard policy) 4. License: Missouri RN License implied (Saint Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO); Trauma Level I experience required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; hard stop in system 7. Shifts/Call: Will accept 3x12s or 4x12s; every other weekend; patient ratio 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; floats to ICU, TCU/PCU, all hospital care areas including ED for admitted ICU and TCU/PCU holds; orientation 12 hours 8.
