- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; experience at a Large Level 1/2 Facility required 2. Cases: ICU and PCU float position; must be comfortable working ALL ICU and PCU units; ICU experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45a-7:15p; may float every 4 hours (2-3 times per shift); EOW or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week block; must work one holiday per 13-week contract; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: ALL RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be included at time of submission; up to two pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
