- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience required for consideration; experience caring for Neuro Trauma and post Neuro-surgery patients required; preferred experience with post Alteplase and/or post Thrombectomy patients and post neurosurgical patients with external ventricular drains 2. Cases: Neuro ICU patients including ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, neurologic tumors, seizure; general Medical ICU including DKA, sepsis, and respiratory 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: NV RN license required prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12, Nights, 1845-0715; 36 weekly guaranteed hours; no call requirements; schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts; may float to needs of organization up to competency level; Renown has right to call off without penalty up to 48 hours for low census per 13-week contract (full or partial shifts) 8.
