Travel Nurse (RN) ICU (Intensive Care Unit) OLATHE, KS

$1,919 to $2,169 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU/PCU

Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36 hrs/week. Every Other Weekend
Length: 14 weeks

Holiday Requirements: Based on Unit Needs

Requirements:

• KS RN or Compact RN License
• 2 years of recent Critical Care/ICU or Emergency Department experience (looking for candidates with strong critical thinking skills)
• Experience with BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC lines, and drawing their own labs
• Comfortable without a vascular access team, calling on own consults, and conducting own codes
• BLS, ACLS, & NIH
• Open-heart Day 2 or Day 3 experience with pacer wires is preferred

Other Details:

• Will not accept new graduates
• EMR is EPIC
• Nicotine-free facility
• Will be expected to float to ICU and all inpatient units- Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED with prior experience
