Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must be in Urban, high intensity, high acuity ICU; small community hospital experience considered irrelevant 2. Cases: Mixed Specialty Trauma, Neuro, MICU, SICU, CV devices; no hearts; Trauma ICU experience preferred 3. Certifications: CA RN, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required; CPI, TNCC, CCRN preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard); copies required at submission 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; float to MS/Tele required (PCU 1:3; Tele 1:4); patient ratio 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; orientation is 12 hours; EEG in unit; parking paid, completed at NEO 8.
