Cases: Sepsis, AKI, respiratory failure, STEMI, heart failure, stroke, surgical, kidney failure, cardiogenic shock, ETOH, polysubstance abuse, DKA, surgical (carotid, vascular, ortho, DIEP flaps); special procedures include open heart, VAT, thoracotomy, TAVR, ECMO 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; AHA requirement not specified 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: EOW and per unit need; on-call as needed; may float to other units within scope of practice, including Ashby or Herrick Campus; 1.5-hour notice prior to shift start for floating; shuttle provided for campus floating 8.
