- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3+ years of RN ICU experience required 2. Cases: Sepsis, AKI, respiratory failure, STEMI, heart failure, stroke, surgical, kidney failure, cardiogenic shock, ETOH, polysubstance abuse, DKA, carotid/vascular/ortho/DIEP flap surgeries; special procedures include open heart, VAT, thoracotomy, TAVR, ECMO 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm at submission) 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: EOW weekends required plus as needed per unit; on-call as needed; may float to other units within scope of practice, including Ashby or Herrick Campus; 1.5-hour notice prior to shift start for floating; shuttle provided for campus floating 8.
