Cases: Sepsis, COVID-19, Severe ETOH W/D, ARD, ACD, SI, Hypertensive crisis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis; skills required include Care of Ventilated Patient, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Ventilator Management 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by Tier3 compliance standards) 4. License: Oregon (OR) RN license required; can submit with it pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; every other weekend required; self-scheduling; 1:2 patient ratio; float required to M/S and ED as helping hands; may float to sister facilities — refusal may result in termination; must have a vehicle 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything beyond 6 days may delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be requested upfront at submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between perm and travel; must disclose any previous Providence facility work (location and dates) at submission 10.
