Cases: Stroke, Cardiac, Sepsis, Vascular, Cardiothoracic; skills include CVVHD/CRRT, IABP, Swan Ganz catheters, Impella, ventilator management, continuous IV sedation/paralytics, vasoactive and cardiac drip titration, ICP monitoring, pulmonary artery line monitoring 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; CCRN preferred; all listed requirements are a hard stop 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratio 1:2 days, nights, and weekends; 4 weekend shifts per month required; no call requirement; float required to other ICUs (MICU, Neuro, TICU, Burn); holiday requirement yes; orientation 12 hours 8.
