Cases: Trauma Level II experience preferred; skills include arterial line management, ventilator management, CVA/acute stroke management, CABG, post craniotomy, post neurosurgery, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and additional ICU-level competencies 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 180 days of hire), TNCC (within 180 days of hire), NIHSS (within 90 days of hire); all listed under AHA-standard expectations 4. License: CA RN Licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 shifts; every other Saturday/Sunday; holidays as needed; self-scheduling; patient ratio 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; float occasionally required 8.
