- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Neuroscience critical care including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, brain tumors, seizures, post-op neurosurgery care, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries; ICU experience required, Neurosurgery experience preferred; must be willing to work with ICU and IMC patient population 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA ONLY; traveler must pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start 4. License: RN license required; WI RN or Compact RN license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night, 12-hour shift, 1900-0730; every other weekend required; some holidays required; if requesting off a scheduled weekend, may be scheduled for a contingent weekend; patient ratio 2:1 days, nights, and weekends 8.
