Certifications: BLS and ACLS required — AHA ONLY; NIHSS and TNCC noted (asterisked); WI RN license or compact required; must pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start 4. License: Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night, 8/12-hour shifts, 1900-0730; every other weekend and some holidays; 6-7 weekend shifts per contract; scheduling type listed as Other; 28 orientation hours 8. Special Equipment: High-acuity population with many devices; includes management of ECMO, Impella, IABP, Pulmonary Artery/Swan Ganz, CVVHD/CRRT, EVD, ICP monitoring, lumbar drains, arterial lines, central lines, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, ventilators, and more Critical: Will float to Neuro ICU, CV/CT ICU, Burn, Trauma, MSICU, and IMC/Progressive unit. Must be competent in multiple ICU specialties. Trauma Level I experience required. Charge experience preferred. Patient ratio is 1:3 days and nights. Previous Charge experience preferred. Call out any missing skills; screen if candidate is missing more than 2 required skills and otherwise meets requirements. CRRT-Nextstage competency should be screened.
