Requirements
- Required certification: ICU
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:Will be floated between 2 critical care and stepdown units Unit Details # of beds 24 in ICU, 26 in PCU Ratios 2:1 (at times 3:1 depending on acuity), 4:1 on PCU Required Certifications ACLS, BLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients Cardiac patients post CABG or PCI, sepsis, DKA, respiratory failure Experience or 'Must have' skills Critical Care experience Are RNs required to titrate drips? yes Common titratable &/or set rate drips Levophed, amiodarone, heparin, precedex, propofol, card
