Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU Float
Shift: Days/ 6:30a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs/week
Length: 20 Weeks
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 Years Experience
- Recent ICU experience
- Ventilator management, Hemodynamic monitoring, Vasopressor titration
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Previous float pool, traveler, resource team, or multi-unit experience is strongly preferred
- Level I Trauma and teaching hospital experience preferred
- CRRT experience preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Stroke-related competencies preferred
- TNCC, PALS preferred
Other Details:
Float requirement: Yes — floats as needed across adult facilities within competency level, including other ICUs and, when census/staffing needs require it, to Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care, Observation, or Overflow units; must accept a Med/Surg patient assignment/list when floated to an acute care floor
Previous float pool, traveler, resource team, or multi-unit experience strongly preferred (also listed under Requirements as preferred experience)
