- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; Trauma/Surg experience required; Level 1 Trauma experience required 2. Cases: Traumatic injuries including MVCs, penetrating wounds, falls; cancer surgery; liver transplants; perforated bowels; necrotizing fasciitis 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required; TNCC and CCRN preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (verify at submission) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; patient ratio 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; float to ICU and PCU; orientation 36 hours; will be expected to work 3 of 5 winter holidays 8.
