Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required 2. Cases: Cardiac monitoring and emergency response; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, chronic/acute renal failure, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilator management, chest tubes, bedside dialysis catheter insertion, central line insertion; patient diagnoses include COPD, CHF, AKI/ARF, DKA, OD, post-surgical, hyperkalemia, hyponatremia, GI bleeds 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required; PALS noted with asterisk; must be active and in hand 4. License: Active IL license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights (1900-0730); every other weekend required; no on-call requirement; float as needed within scope; 1:2 ratio all shifts 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius requirement 11. Background: Not specified 12.
