- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years current experience required 2. Cases: ICU-level care including CVICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Transplant ICU; stroke management, ventilator management, IABP, Impella, pulmonary artery monitoring, and more 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS/NIH required; AVADE required; must be AHA 4. License: Kentucky (KY) or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 36/48-hour schedule per two-week pay period; every other weekend required; float within scope of practice required; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated 8. RTO: Only one pre-approved time off; blocked scheduling not accommodated 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must reside at least 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11.
