- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Neuro ICU experience required 2. Cases: Ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhages, seizures, neuromuscular diseases (myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome), meningitis, post-operative neurosurgery (spinal surgery, craniotomies, cerebrovascular surgery) 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; AHA certifications only; copies required at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: D/N rotation with EOW; rotation every 4 weeks; weekend on nights = Friday and Saturday (Sunday not considered a weekend); patient ratio 1:1-2; float required within units of equivalent or lower acuity; block scheduling not guaranteed; paired scheduling with another traveler not guaranteed 8.
