- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Neuro ICU experience required 2. Cases: Ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhages, seizures, neuromuscular diseases (myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome), meningitis, and post-operative neurosurgery patients (spinal surgery, craniotomies, cerebrovascular surgery) 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; AHA certifications only; copies required at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night rotation, every other weekend, rotating every 4 weeks; 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:30 PM / 7:00 PM-7:30 AM), 36 hours per week; on-call required; float required within units of equivalent or lower acuity 8.
