Cases: Cardiac Medical ICU; ACS, Acute MI, Cardiogenic Shock, Post interventional cardiac procedures, Decompensating heart failure, TAVR; secondary diagnoses include GI bleed, chronic or acute renal failure, exacerbation of airway disease, diabetes mellitus, pneumonia, and r/o embolus 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; AHA certifications only 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Night shifts; no on-call; float required to different units within the OSU organization as needed; every other weekend coverage required 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Skills required include arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilator management, continuous IV sedation, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, and additional advanced ICU competencies.
