- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1st timers are accepted 2. Cases: All potential ICU diagnoses; adults to geriatrics patient population 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; also uses Pyxis, SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: 1:2-3 ratio; every other weekend; no call requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission; no holiday RTO if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered if 3 holidays fall during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying if cancelled or facility DNR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, hours factored in NBO; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15.
