Shift: Nights/ 7p-7:30a, 12×1, 12hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- SC License
- 1.5 Years Experience
- 2 years of experience
- Required Skills: Medical Intensive Care Unit nursing with proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV insulin protocols, chronic/acute renal failure, blood product administration, central line care, procedural sedation, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, CVA/acute stroke and post-neurosurgery management, ventilated patient care, respiratory failure, ETT/NT suctioning, infection prevention, and isolation precautions/PPE.
- BLS
- ACLS
- Preferred Skills Burn, Neuro, Surgical, and Trauma Intensive Care Unit settings, with additional proficiency in hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, and lumbar drain management
