- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; must have at least 1 year of Neuro ICU experience (must be reflected on application per manager) 2. Cases: Level II Trauma ICU, Neuro/Stroke ICU (post thrombectomy and TNK patients), post procedural/surgical trauma, medical surgical level of care, organ procurement preparation; cardiac, burn, and transplant patients triaged to other facilities 3. Certifications: CA RN License, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; TNCC preferred; must be in hand at time of submission; AHA requirement not specified 4. License: CA RN License required; must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: EOW (every other weekend) required; 4 weekend shifts per month (Saturday/Sunday x2); may float to ED, Step Down Unit, or Central Monitoring Department; call not required 8.
