- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; must have at least 1 year of Neuro ICU experience 2. Cases: Level two Trauma ICU; Neuro/Stroke ICU; post thrombectomy and TNK patients; post procedural/surgical Trauma patients 3. Certifications: CA RN License, ACLS, BLS, NIH, TNCC (preferred); must be AHA and in hand at submission 4. License: CA RN License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: EOW weekend requirement; 4 weekend shifts per month; 1:2 patient ratios; may float to ED, Step Down Unit, or Central Monitoring Department 8. RTO: Only one holiday approved; two pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission 12.
