- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: ICU/IMCU cardiac/pulmonary, vents, vascular, dialysis, cardiac cath; Open hearts preferred; NO ECMO 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CCRN preferred 4. License: IL license in hand required at time of submittal; MO or compact accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift 0645-1915; Every other weekend and holiday; 1:2 ratios; No on-call 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days within 13-week contract; No RTO first week; No new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; Permanent employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; No local travelers allowed except PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; Completed pre-start through WorkRamp; Must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. Compliance deadline 3pm CST Monday before start date.
