- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; minimum 1 year in a dedicated Neuro specialty ICU 2. Cases: Craniotomies for tumor resections, aneurysm clippings, seizure mapping, spine; neuro primary trauma; embolic and hemorrhagic stroke; subarachnoid hemorrhage; SDH/EDH; post-thrombectomy; post-craniotomy management 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA 4. License: State license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day and Night Rotation, various days of week; no on-call; weekend requirement per unit needs; minimum 6 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period; floating to sister facilities in METRO Region as required 8. RTO: 10 RTO days max approved; RTO not allowed during: September 2-12, 2026; October 25-November 4, 2026; November 22-December 2, 2026; December 20-January 3, 2027 9.
