- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience required; candidates without this will not be considered 2. Cases: Mixed ICU including Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, and Neurosurgery patients; Post-Operative open-heart patients; VV and VA ECMO, Balloon pump, Impella, and CRRT; bedside procedures such as Bronchs, GI Scopes, Chest Tube Insertion, Arterial and Central line insertions; airway care and frequent drip titrations 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH required; candidates without these will not be considered 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech; prior Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift and night shift 7A-7P; 1 Charge with 16-18 staff per shift; patient ratios 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity 8.
