- Unit Notes:STRICT 75 mile radius rule is enforced. Please send the traveler's driver's license in the submit email. MUST have 2 years of experience in specialty to be considered. # beds: 10 Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS Ratios: 1 to 2 EMR: Meditech Charge Nurse: Yes, charge will take patients Nurse Aides: No Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holidays: Rotate in with perm staff Scrub Color: Hunter green pants, white tops, white jackets, or solid white Tele: Nurses are responsible to monitor and read own tele; monitor brand is Phillips Vents: Draeger Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist in house; they cover whole house IV Team: M-F have team that can do hard sticks and midlines RT 24/7: Yes Pharmacy 24/7: Not in house 24/7, in house during day and after use Omnicell or Phoebe main pharmacist can help until midnight Shifts: 645am, 645pm Floating : Do not have to float out; if qualified and credentialed can float to ER Floor specific orientation: 3 shifts Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Lower of ICU patient, PN, CHF, sepsis, usually do not run high volume, usually run less than 5, no cath lab patients as no interventional cath in house, level of acuity is more of stepdown Additional Notes: They will keep the occasional surgical peds such as a pedi chole Cancellation Policy:12 hours every 2 weeks Charting System:MEDITECH BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:7p-7a Required Certifications:ACLS, BLS Certification
