- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant experience required; OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC); Home Health experience only 2. Cases: Geriatric; average 5-7 patients per day (confirm during interview); 30 points weekly for productivity required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in hand required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday with weekend rotation; on the weeks the weekend is worked, a day off is given before and after to balance days; on-call rotation may be required — discuss during interview 8. RTO: Must be submitted at the time of application 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must be separated for a minimum of 6 months before returning as a traveler; must be approved by HR 10. Travel/Local: Territory up to 60-mile radius from the hub/office in Walla Walla, covering Walla Walla County, part of Columbia County, and part of Umatilla County; traveler expected to be flexible with territory; locals accepted at travel rate; active driver's license and personal transportation required; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate 11.
