- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 2 years experience required for submission 2. Cases: All Dx discharges from Hospitals, MD offices and SNF's 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HomeCare HomeBase experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 8-5pm, no weekends or holidays, no on-call 8. RTO: 1 request; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; candidates will float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 11. Background: Strict no-tobacco facility with nicotine drug screen; positive nicotine test results in cancellation 12. Modules: 4-6 hours average, non-billable, completed during orientation and annually via Relias/Net Learning portal 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15.
