Requirements
- Required certification: Home Health Care
- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Unit Notes:Mileage will be paid per GSA guidelines Required Certifications: BLS, valid driver's license and insurance Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics No Peds. Most of our patients are recently discharged from the hospital and are at a high risk for rehospitalization. CHF/ COPD/ wounds/some wound vacs/ IV-PICC lines Additional Job Duties/Utilization Review involved? RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) Only related to typical patient education Experience or 'Mus
