Cases: Adult Home Health, wound care, wound V.A.C. management, G-tube site care, colostomy/ileostomy management, PICC lines, catheter care; disease management preferred 3. Certifications: BCLS required; Oregon State Licensure required 4. License: Oregon RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6.
