Cases: Wound Care, Wound Vac, Disease Management, PICC lines, G-tubes, Ostomy Care and Education, Catheter Care and Education; Skills include Adult Home Health, Admission Assessment, Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, Routine Visit, Discharge, Medication Assessment/Management, Pain Assessment and Management, IV placement and maintenance, Phlebotomy, Infection Control, IM/IV/Subcutaneous Medication Administration 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard policy) 4. License: OR and WA licensure REQUIRED; Pending License Accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app); Oasis experience required — must call out if traveler does not have Oasis experience; Charting System Experience marked as Required 7.
