Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Home health setting; may care for COVID patients; coverage across Lancaster/Lebanon/Eastern York Counties 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard); OASIS required; ASN or BSN required 4. License: PA or Compact RN License required 5. Education: ASN or BSN required 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30; every 4th weekend rotation; no on-call requirement; may need to travel outside assigned region based on patient volume; 6 visits per day 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; no more than 1 holiday off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate is $5 less than posted bill rate; may cross county lines if patient care deems it necessary 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
