- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Adult Home Health, Admission Assessment, Discharge/discharge due to safety or non-compliance, Recertification, Resumption of care, Routine visit, Start of Care, Wound care, Medication Assessment/Management, Pain assessment and management, PCA pump management, Utilization of pain scales (verbal, nonverbal), Infection Control Precautions, Medication Administration (Intradermal, Intramuscular, Intravenous infusions, Subcutaneous) 3. Certifications: BLS required; ASN or BSN required; OASIS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: ASN or BSN required 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; any system accepted 7. Shifts/Call: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; every 4th weekend rotation; holidays as needed (possible 2 major holidays); no on-call requirement 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days 9.
