Shift:  Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, weekend rotation
Length: 8 weeks

On-call for back up 1 weekend each month 
Will there be any on call? Yes, If so, how much? on-call for back up 1 night each week

Requirements:

• GA License
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience required
• Hospice, and experience with Poincare
• BLS

Other Details:

• EMR systems will the consultant be using: Point Care (HCHB)
