Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required; recent experience; no first-time travelers 2. Cases: Geriatric; average 5-7 patients per day 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in hand required at time of submission; VA RN license implied by location 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required; OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) 7. Shifts/Call: 7 days on, 7 days off; on-call rotation may be required — discuss during interview; weekends not required; guaranteed 40 hours 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of application 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must be separated a minimum of 6 months before returning as a traveler; must be approved by HR 10. Travel/Local: Up to 60-mile radius from hub/office; locals accepted at travel rate; active driver's license and personal transportation required; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate; travel pairs accepted but each traveler assigned own territory and must have own transportation 11.
