- Unit Notes: Position title: Hospice RN? Hospice RN Shift Detail (if variable, please list what primary shifts will be covered), list specific times: Primary shifts are 0800-1630. 1-2 nights a week of overnight on-call (1630-0800) Are shifts 8s or 12s? 8 Hours Weekend Coverage/Rotation (i.e. every other, every 3rd): Every other weekend to every 3rd weekend.
