- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; must have recent patient care experience within the last 3 months 2. Cases: Skilled home care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial); General Medical Dx; High risk Dx including HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, Stroke; Post-op care; cardiopulmonary assessment, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx/Asept drain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, glucometer use, pro-time machine, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, IV skills, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, SQ port access/deaccess; Private duty nursing experience only will NOT be accepted 3. Certifications: BCLS required 4. License: Valid driver's license required; must have a car to make home visits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system; laptop and MiFi provided 7. Shifts/Call: Shifts vary based on HomeCare office needs; Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 9a-6p; Thurs-Mon or Fri-Tues shifts; alternating weekend shifts; 6-8 visits per day; self-scheduled based on office needs 8. RTO: No pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 40 orientation hours 13.
