Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 13 weeks

weekend: On Call

Weekly Case Conference meeting on Wednesday at 845am

Requirements:

• NJ License
• 2 years’ experience
• BLS
• Preferred Skills: Home care home base (HCHB), Point care, Point click care, organizational skills, Technology, Microsoft Teams. May orient novice clinicians if needed. Timely Documentation, within 24 Hours.
