- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Adults to Geriatrics; Hospice RN setting; 6 visits per day; average daily census of 100; ratio 1:10 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required until 10/1/2026; Epic experience required after 10/1/2026. If no HCHB experience, traveler must complete online HCHB course prior to start at traveler's expense ($250, margined) 7. Shifts/Call: 40 hours per week; 7on/7off schedule; 16:30-8:00 Mon-Thurs / Fri-Mon; weekends required; call required (approximately 2 days per month for backup); floating required within facility/scope of practice 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; no pre-approved time off. Holiday policy: traveler works 1 holiday if one falls in assignment; works both if two fall in assignment; works two of three if three fall in assignment.
