Experience: 2 years required; must have MS and inpatient hematology oncology experience (1 year minimum); all experience must be within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of current specialty experience for a clinical pass 2. Cases: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Amyloidosis, Aplastic Anemia, Chronic Leukemia, CLL, CML, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Myeloproliferative Disorders, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma; Autologous, Syngeneic, and Allogeneic Transplants; CAR-T Therapy 3. Certifications: BLS required; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification required; ACLS preferred; all must be noted on checklist 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour day/night rotating contract; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period; float required to other MedSurg Oncology units 8.
